Missing time
A stop with no hours logged is a flag, and it stays out of your hours-vs-budget until you log the time (your sqft still counts). Log it to clear the flag and let that work count in your pace.

More ground covered per workday is efficiency, and it shows up in your ranking.

Grub + Round 3 is one stop
You spread both products in one pass, so the board counts it as one stop: "RO 3 + Grub (combo)". The lawn counts once, the time budget counts once, and every minute you logged still counts. Nothing you did is lost; the stop just is not counted twice anymore.
